About the Role
Talentz AI is looking for an AI Content Curator & Messaging Specialist to help build our content and messaging engine.
This is not a traditional content writing or technical writing role.
We are looking for someone who can use AI workflows to discover trending topics, curate high-signal content, understand customer pain points, and convert those insights into strong content for Talentz AI.
You will work closely with the founder to create content that speaks to founders, HR leaders, and hiring teams.
What You Will Do
- Track trending content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, newsletters, blogs, and industry conversations.
- Use AI tools to curate relevant ideas, market signals, and customer pain points.
- Rate and filter content based on relevance, quality, and business value.
- Turn curated insights into LinkedIn posts, newsletters, blogs, website copy, and campaign messaging.
- Build or learn to build repeatable AI workflows for content curation, drafting, repurposing, and distribution.
- Create messaging in different formats that resonate with target customers.
- Support founder-led thought leadership and Talentz AI brand content.
- Track content performance and improve future content based on learnings.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in content, marketing, SaaS, B2B, HR tech, recruiting, or related areas.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of marketing, messaging, positioning, and audience targeting.
- Comfortable using AI tools like GPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, sharp content.
- Good judgment on what is worth publishing and what should be ignored.
- Fast learner who can work in a startup environment.

- Can connect market signals to business messaging.
- Can turn one idea into multiple content formats.

- Technical writers focused mainly on documentation.
- Writers who simply use AI to generate generic content.
- People who need detailed instructions for every idea or post.
