🚨 Urgent Requirement at Parmann Nutritionals Pvt. Ltd. 🚨
Position: MESPACK MACHINE OPERATOR
📍 For Tomato Ketchup Manufacturing Plant
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Operate, set up, and maintain MESPACK flexible packaging machines
✅ Calibrate machine settings such as sealing temperature, film tension and pressure.
✅ Load packaging materials and ensure uninterrupted production flow
✅ Monitor pouch quality, sealing integrity, and product weight
✅ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
✅ Operate HMI systems and maintain production records
✅ Follow all safety, hygiene, and PPE protocols in the manufacturing area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ 3–7 years of experience in automated flexible packaging machines
✔️ Knowledge of MESPACK H-220 or H-360 machines
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to maintain production quality and minimize wastage
