Reliability Analyst

Purpose:

Reports to the Manager of CASS and is responsible for providing recommendations and supporting a continuously improving, reliability-driven maintenance program for each of the Mesa fleets.

 

Essential Functions:

• Applies engineering principles in the development of technical solutions to complex aircraft reliability challenges affecting Mesa Airlines operational performance.
• Coordinates with key groups within Technical Operations to develop and implement efficiencies into daily processes which foster continuous improvement.
• Provides technical data, processes, and procedures required to maintain the continuous airworthiness of the Mesa fleet.
• Supports current tools (Sequel, PMI, SABRE) and assist in the development of new and innovative solutions.
• Monitors auditing functions of the aircraft reliability data to ensure accuracy.
• Recommends effective and efficient improvements to the Mesa maintenance programs.
