Provide application support and maintenance for PAS-X MES systems in pharmaceutical environments, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for PAS-X MES applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and batch execution issues
- Support GxP compliance and validation activities
- Collaborate with business and IT teams for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement
