🔎 Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced MES Operations / Support Engineer with strong Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) domain expertise and manufacturing background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, production support, monitoring tools, Kubernetes environments, and enterprise troubleshooting within manufacturing and MES ecosystems.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Experienced in microservices architecture and MES domain knowledge.
✅ Hands on experience with monitoring tools like ELK, Grafana, APM etc.
✅ Good understanding of APIs, swagger, kafka, SAP S/4HANA.
✅ Should have hands on experience of any IT ticketing tool like ServiceNow, SMT.
✅ Well versed with both Kubernetes on-prem architecture, Docker & Mirantis.
✅ Should have knowledge on Github, MSSQL, Rancher or any Kubernetes cluster management tools.
✅ Good to have C# & PL/SQL query knowledge as well.
✅ Hands on experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA & Confluence.
✅ Should have very good & fast debugging and troubleshooting skills.
✅ Should be very good with communication skills and able to work with global stakeholders.
✅ Manufacturing background and strong MES expertise.
