Role Description
This is a full-time role for a MES Consultant at India location. The MES Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, implementing and customizing MES solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing business needs, conducting system configurations, providing technical expertise, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting validation and compliance processes. The role also involves troubleshooting, providing technical support, and ensuring proper documentation for operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience with MES platforms such as SAP ME/MII, Siemens Opcenter Pharma, Rockwell Pharmasuite, or Werum Pas-X
- Knowledge of Level 2 to Level 4 system integration, including SCADA/PLC and ERP systems
- Strong expertise in GxP standards, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Skills in system troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance
- Recipe designing, Equipment management, handles MES database.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Europe; international travel experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in Life Sciences, Automotive, or other manufacturing industries is advantageous
