Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
MES Camstar Developer with strong hands-on expertise in
Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar to design, develop, implement, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in
Camstar Designer, Camstar Portal, CIO/MIO workflows and maps, MES integrations, and Factory Model implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement CIO/MIO maps and workflows using Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar.
- Develop and maintain Camstar Portal applications and functionalities.
- Lead/support complete lifecycle implementation of MES solutions using Camstar.
- Define and implement the Factory Model based on business and manufacturing requirements.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into effective MES technical solutions.
- Develop and support interfaces between Camstar MES and external systems such as ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI, etc.
- Work with COA, CIO, and MIO interface connectivity.
- Perform Camstar upgrades, enhancements, and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and customer support tickets.
- Ensure overall quality and successful delivery of assigned MES projects.
- Coordinate work across team members and support project execution.
- Participate in manufacturing and computer system validation activities.

Domain Experience
Experience in
Medical Devices and/or Pharma Manufacturing is highly preferred.
