We're Hiring: MERN Stack Developer (Full-Time)
YUGA AI, a product of Navodhan Educational Technologies Private Limited, is looking for an ambitious MERN Stack Developer who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.
We're not just building another EdTech platform—we're building an AI-powered learning ecosystem with the vision of becoming one of the world's most valuable EdTech startups.
Our product is currently in Beta Testing, and we are expecting for our first round of funding very soon. This is an opportunity to join early, make a significant impact, and grow alongside the company.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Passion for building scalable, high-quality software
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus (not mandatory)
Compensation
- Probation Period (First Month): ₹10,000
- Performance will be evaluated during the first month.
- Upon successful completion of probation, salary will increase by a minimum of 200% (or more), based on performance and company growth.
- ESOPs will be offered to deserving candidates.
- If the company secures investment during your tenure, eligible team members may also receive a bonus, considering the contribution to the product.
Working Hours
🕘 Monday to Friday
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
