Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience (mandatory) to join our client’s development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects, build scalable web applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Manage and optimize databases using MongoDB
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in MERN Stack development (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
