Role Description
The Mern Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Key tasks include designing and implementing scalable front-end interfaces, integrating server-side logic, and ensuring the responsiveness and performance of applications. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js for building effective and scalable web applications
- Experience with front-end development, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Backend development understanding, including API development and integration
- Knowledge of database design and management, particularly NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex application issues
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies is an added advantage
