Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer located in Pune District. The developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Key responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, developing back-end services, managing databases, and ensuring the overall performance, scalability, and security of applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to coding best practices are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with back-end development: Node.js, Express.js, and API development
- Strong knowledge of databases: MongoDB, database design, and query optimization
- Version control systems knowledge: Git and Git-based workflows
- Understanding of software development principles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with deployment processes and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Problem-solving abilities and strong debugging skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience in designing scalable and secure applications is a plus
