Role Description
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer for a full-time on site role. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, building scalable RESTful APIs, deploying and maintaining web applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals. The developer will also contribute to optimizing application performance and ensuring code quality through testing and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
- Strong knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with building and consuming APIs and managing databases
- Skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
