Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Database technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be capable of interacting directly with clients to gather and discuss requirements, and have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with React Flow will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Design and manage robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Work extensively with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Participate in client calls to understand, discuss, and refine requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and DevOps.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).
- Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management).
- Good experience with databases such as:
- MySQL / PostgreSQL
- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Experience in designing REST APIs and microservices.
- Mandatory experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Good understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take client calls and independently discuss requirements.
Good to Have
- Experience with React Flow (workflow/diagram-based UI implementations).
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Client-facing experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Team player with proactive attitude.
