📌 Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack – React.js Specialist)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking complete ownership of features—from ideation to deployment and maintenance—and who is passionate about building scalable, user-centric applications.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless user experience across the product lifecycle.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Feature Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of features—requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
Frontend Development: Build dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
Backend Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Database Management: Architect and optimize schemas in MongoDB, ensuring efficient queries and data integrity.
Deployment & DevOps: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Render).
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; enforce best practices through code reviews and automated testing.
Performance & Security: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security best practices across the stack.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features aligned with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks, proactively suggesting improvements to architecture and workflows.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
Core Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, context, state management, performance optimization).
Backend Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and building scalable APIs.
Database: Solid understanding of MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, indexing, schema design).
Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Render), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
Testing: Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and frameworks like Jest/Mocha.
Version Control: Strong Git/GitHub workflow knowledge.
Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex issues and deliver root-cause fixes.
Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality results.

Experience with TypeScript in React and Node.js.
Knowledge of GraphQL or other API paradigms.
Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Understanding of web security best practices (CSP, JWT, OAuth).
Prior experience in scaling applications to handle large user bases.
