Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role for a MERN Developer. The MERN Developer will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining dynamic web applications using the MERN stack technologies. Tasks include developing scalable front-end interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for project requirements, and optimizing performance. The developer will ensure code quality, follow best practices, and stay updated with trends in the MERN stack ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Strong skills in JavaScript, ES6+, and hands-on experience with front-end development tools
- Experience with RESTful API integration and back-end development, including database management
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment of applications on cloud platforms
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to debugging and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience with agile development methodologies is advantageous
