Hi All,
Zensar is looking for an experienced MERN + AI Developer (Staff Engineer) to join our high-performance agile team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will drive AI-enabled product development while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
🔧 Role Overview
Develop and deliver daily AI-powered product solutions using JavaScript and the MERN stack
Participate actively in system design and architecture discussions
Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices across the team
Build and maintain developer tools, frameworks, and reusable components
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to drive timely and high-quality deliveries
Act as a technical mentor and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
🔍 Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript expertise
Experience working with or integrating AI/ML solutions into applications
Proficiency in Agile & Scrum methodologies
Strong working knowledge of JIRA
Experience with code reviews, design patterns, and scalable architectures
✅ Nice to Have
Knowledge of AI security best practices (good to have, not mandatory)
Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
Prior experience in a Staff Engineer / Tech Lead capacity
