About the role

As a Zonal Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Multi-Site Supervisors to deliver excellent customer service and business performance across a number of attractions within a defined geographic zone. Working closely with the Regional Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of KPIs and strategic initiatives across your zone, ensuring a consistent approach to operational delivery and performance management. This will involve regular engagement with the site leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as acting as a sounding board and champion for innovation. You will play a key role in developing and implementing training plans to upskill the teams, and will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement. The Zonal Lead role is a strategic and operational position, requiring strong people management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
