Compensation: ₹25 Lakhs to ₹35 Lakhs per annum, based on qualifications and experience. ESOPs up and above this.
Ideal for: 3-5 years of experience working in relevant roles.

What your role will be
- Build out pipelines to support LLM use-cases, like RAG, processing unstructured data, work with streaming, prompt-engineering.
- Be up-to date with the latest in generative AI, excited about building things with it.
- Mentoring and reviewing work of other teammates around maintaining a high standard of code quality and stability.
- Take critical architectural decisions, work with the team to find the best solutions to these problems.
Who is the ideal candidate
- Excited about technology and what can be built out from it. Derives joy from just building out things for fun.
- Is extremely user-centric, paranoid about going the extra mile to give a better user experience.
- Being up-to date with the latest in generative AI tooling and models is a bonus, knows well about different frameworks like llama-index, newest models by OpenAI and products in the space.
This role is for experienced folks, people who have built out new things from scratch and have deep understanding of building scalable systems but with an eye for being fast and being user-first i.e. ready to spend extra hours just to improve user experience even a little bit.
