  • Proven experience in systems software programming with a focus on integration.
  • Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including ServiceNow APIs, scripting, and custom application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Cisco UCCX/Finesse and IVR technologies, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and integration middleware.
