What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in Accruent Meridian (EDM)
Development skills in VBScript / PowerShell / SQL
Experience in user support & ticketing tools
Ability to handle bug fixes, enhancements, and support activities
Good stakeholder management & communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support and resolve issues in Meridian
Work on enhancements, bug fixing, and system improvements
Collaborate with customer HQ teams and business users
Manage and prioritize tasks through ticketing systems
