Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern, located in Bengaluru. You will support M&A deals (end to end support - enabling due diligences, working with other M&A Advisors, research on Income-tax, company law, SEBI and Competition law - presenting findings in presentations, reports etc). Applying research to fact specifc circumstances and deriving solution to envisaged problems/ bottlenecks.
Local and outstation travel may be involved.
Duration: Upto 6 months (extendable on mutually agreeable basis)
Qualifications
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint skills
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret and assess complex data sets and financial reports
- Experience or familiarity with the Due Diligence process
- Detail-oriented with excellent understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Proficient in professional communication and presentation skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet pressing deadlines
