About Accomplir Advisors
Accomplir Advisors is a Mumbai-based boutique investment banking and insolvency advisory firm. We work across mid-market mergers and acquisitions, distressed asset resolution, private credit, and special situation mandates. Our clients include founders, promoters, lenders, financial investors, and resolution professionals navigating complex, high-stakes transactions. We are a small team by design. Every person at Accomplir works directly on live mandates, from origination through execution. There are no layers between the work and the person doing it.
The Role
We are looking for an M&A Associate to join our team. You will work directly on transactions across our practice areas, alongside senior leadership, from day one.
What You Will Work On
Mergers and Acquisitions Buy-side and sell-side mandates, strategic acquisitions, divestments, and founder-led exits. End-to-end transaction support from origination to closing.
Private Credit and Structured Finance Lender and investor outreach, transaction structuring, term sheet negotiation support, and process management across credit mandates.
Stressed and Special Situations Insolvency-linked opportunities, asset monetisation, IBC resolution processes, and strategic investor processes under the Companies Act and related frameworks.
Sector and Company Research Market mapping, competitor analysis, buyer and investor identification, strategic screening, and sector landscaping across industries.
Transaction Documents and Investor Materials Preparation of teasers, information memoranda, process notes, financial summaries, management discussion materials, and investor presentations.
Financial Analysis and Diligence Support Business model review, operating analysis, valuation support, transaction comparables, and data room review and management.
Execution and Coordination Working directly with founders, promoters, investors, lenders, legal advisors, auditors, and other transaction stakeholders across the full deal lifecycle.
Who Can Apply
Chartered Accountants CA qualification preferred. Recent pass-outs and freshers are welcome to apply. Strong academics and articleship experience in audit, transaction advisory, or corporate finance are an advantage.
Other Backgrounds Candidates from finance, economics, law, or management backgrounds may apply with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, or corporate advisory.
