THE ROLE
As an M&A Analyst, you will work across live deal situations, from identifying opportunities to supporting execution.
You will:
- Source opportunities: Identify acquisition and fundraising situations across multiple channels and develop judgment on timing, intent, and fit
- Build intelligence: Analyze businesses, assess risks, and form clear, decision-ready views
- Support execution: Track opportunities, assist in outreach, and help move conversations forward
- Improve systems: Refine sourcing approaches and internal processes over time
