Mercor is looking for experienced TIBCO BusinessWorks and Microsoft BizTalk developers to join an exciting project with a leading research lab. This role involves evaluating how well an LLM model performs migrations from TIBCO BusinessWorks and Microsoft BizTalk Server to MuleSoft and developing equivalent integration flows to improve the model’s training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of LLM-driven migration processes from TIBCO BusinessWorks and BizTalk Server to MuleSoft.
- Develop and refine integration flows to enhance the model’s learning and performance.
- Work with researchers and engineers to identify gaps and improve automated migration workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration issues during the migration process.
- Provide detailed feedback and documentation to improve model accuracy.
You’re a good fit if you have:
- Strong experience working with TIBCO BusinessWorks (5.x/6.x) and/or Microsoft BizTalk Server.
- Hands-on expertise in integration patterns, API development, and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft and API migration strategies is a plus.
- Interest in AI/LLM-based automation (preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and experience collaborating with teams.
Role Details:
- Part-time, flexible hours.
- Fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work around your current schedule.
Compensation & Legal Details:
- You will be classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor.
- Pay rate: 15 - 25 USD/hr
- Payments will be processed weekly via Stripe Connect.
