About the role

Mercor is hiring a Support Engineer to work with a leading AI SWE agent startup to support and delight all the customers onboarding onto their product every week.


In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with their engineering and operations teams.
  • Help customers solve issues they encounter when using the product.
  • Support customer onboardings onto the product.
  • Manage support tickets in Zendesk and ensure timely resolutions.


[MUST HAVEs] You could be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in Technical Support Engineering, Customer Support, or in similar roles.
  • Professional level English proficiency.
  • Profession level Japanese proficiency
  • Interest in helping making customers successful when using a cutting-edge AI product.


Details about the role:

  • You will work directly with the customer engineering and operations team.
  • This is a part-time (20 hours per week) role. We're looking for someone to start very soon.
  • You will be classified as an independent contractor with Mercor (but will work directly with the client).
  • Hourly rates are flexible based on your background and experience.
