Radiologist

Mercor is seeking experienced Radiologists for an exclusive project with a leading AI research lab.

You're a good fit if you have:

• Board certification in Radiology (ABR, FRCR, or equivalent) and/or extensive experience in diagnostic radiology, teleradiology, or interventional radiology.
• 3+ years of experience interpreting X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, or nuclear medicine studies in a clinical setting.
• Deep subject matter expertise in diagnostic protocols, radiology reporting, differential diagnosis, and AI applications in medical imaging.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quality assurance, peer review, case studies, or radiology education.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience documenting findings, preparing case reports, or mentoring junior radiologists.
• High attention to detail and the ability to provide nuanced feedback on complex medical imaging cases.

More details about the role:

• You will interface directly with prominent AI researchers from the lab in a private Slack channel and in meetings.
• We'd like experts to commit 30 hrs/week a minimum, but we'd have a preference for people who can work more.
• This project is scoped to last a minimum of 2-4 weeks, but may be extended.
• The work will involve crafting questions, evaluating model responses, and solving problems in your area of expertise. The goal of the project is to improve the model’s capabilities in this domain!
