Product Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development and growth of our innovative products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, as well as managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation - Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process - Collaborate with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements - Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of product updates - Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and the broader organization - Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and drive product success Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology-driven or SaaS environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements - Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development processes and methodologies - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration - Proficiency in product management tools and techniques, such as Jira, Confluence, and user research methods - Passion for building innovative products that delight customers and drive business success
