Mercor is looking for a Machine Learning / Data Science Specialist to join our team. As a Machine Learning / Data Science Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and training machine learning models to power our product offerings. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective ML solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Research, design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems - Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data and ML to drive product innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML requirements, collect and prepare data, and monitor model performance - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and apply appropriate techniques and technologies to our use cases - Document and communicate model performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructure and tooling
