About the Role

An Executive Assistant to the CEO will work directly with Brendan Foody to organize his calendar, manage the office, and own strategic projects. You will gain significant visibility of Mercor’s operations, and add enormous value to the CEO’s daily workflow.

We're looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, and analytical. You should be high-energy and present well in front of external audiences. Everyone at Mercor works in-person 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday) in San Francisco from 9am-9pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
• Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
• Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact executive productivity.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
• Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
• Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work in-person 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) at our office in San Francisco.

• Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs.
• Strong aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software (i.e., Notion, G-Suite).
