About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful and getting the most value out of our product. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing ongoing support, training, and best practices. You will also work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing responsive and proactive support - Work with customers to understand their goals and objectives, and develop tailored success plans to help them achieve those goals - Provide training and best practices to help customers maximize the value of our product - Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers - Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues or concerns - Contribute to the overall customer success strategy and process improvements Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs - Experience with customer success best practices, including onboarding, training, and retention strategies - Familiarity with project management and customer success tools - A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
