Merchant Services Team Lead (Payment Processing & Lead Generation)We are looking for an experienced Merchant Services Team Lead to build, manage, and drive a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring businesses in need of payment processing solutions.
This is a leadership + revenue-generating role ideal for someone who understands merchant accounts, credit card processing, and deal closures—and can lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales agents focused on merchant acquisition
- Generate and close deals for businesses seeking payment processing solutions
- Drive consistent application flow (merchant account sign-ups)
- Train, mentor, and scale a team of performers
- Build pipelines through outbound, referrals, and digital channels
- Coordinate with backend/underwriting for smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For- Experience in merchant services / payment processing sales
- Prior experience handling or leading a sales team
- Understanding of rates, terminals, gateways, and underwriting
- Strong closing ability + leadership mindset
