About the Role
Sunday Soul Sante is looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-friendly Merchandising & Vendor Communications Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with entrepreneurs, artists, makers, small businesses and creative brands, and is comfortable managing multiple conversations and moving pieces at the same time.
You will be the bridge between our vendor community and the internal team - ensuring vendors have the right information, documentation, timelines and support before, during and after every event.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2- 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be based in Bangalore.
- Must be comfortable working from office 5 days a week.
- Must be comfortable working on-ground during events, including weekends when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail and WhatsApp Business.
- Comfortable handling multiple vendors and conversations simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate trackers.
- Comfortable speaking to business owners, entrepreneurs, artists and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Relevant Backgrounds We Prefer
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Events and exhibitions
- Vendor Communications
- Experiential marketing
- Community management

- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Take initiative and are a self-starter.

- Are equally comfortable with a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group? Brownie points if you are.
Compensation
Based on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role.
