Hi,
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can manage :
- A team of 5 teams of 7 members each of Garment merchants, Fabric Managers, Trims Managers, Fit Techs and Manufacturing.
- Both PD & Production process expertise,
- Production Planning and Control
- Control Business through Process & T&A
- Cross functional Stake Holding
- On Time in Full - Shipment.
- Work with leadership to enable Self & Team’s learning.
Some key quality of the potential candidate will be :
- Being Organised and Collaborative
- Being People and Process Oriented.
- Great Communication Skills
- Some who values life beyond work.
Experience :
Years - 8-10 years.
