Adexpressions is a brand-driven fashion and merchandise manufacturing partner, helping turn creative ideas into high-quality products. We collaborate with startups, D2C brands, influencers, and retail businesses to deliver custom apparel and merchandise from concept to final execution.
Role Description
We’re building a new-age execution engine for brands — helping them design, produce, and deliver merchandise & brand assets globally.
And we’re looking for someone who can sit right at the center of it.
This is not a typical account management role.
This is for someone who can own a brief end-to-end and make things happen in the real world.
What You’ll Do
• Work directly with clients to understand and shape briefs (merch, kits, apparel, brand assets)
• Translate ideas into clear, executable plans
• Coordinate with vendors across India & global markets
• Drive production from sampling → approvals → final delivery
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality (no surprises)
• Solve problems daily — from last-minute changes to production challenges
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years experience in merchandising / production / sourcing / brand execution
• Strong ability to handle both clients AND vendors
• Someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and fast
• Knows how things are actually made — not just designed
• Comfortable working across categories (apparel, hard goods, kits)
• Bonus: Experience with exports / international vendors
