Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in India for a Merchandising Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting the merchandising team, coordinating with clients, managing product samples, analyzing sales trends, assisting with sales and customer service processes, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The role involves effective communication with both internal teams and external clients to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical skills to assess sales trends, identify market opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
• Customer service and sales experience to meet client needs and facilitate positive business outcomes.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to support accurate and efficient merchandising workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
