We're hiring: Merchandising & Ecommerce Executive — House of Sero (Aerix)
House of Sero is a heritage fashion house built on trust, craftsmanship, and integrity since 1971. Over three generations, we've grown from a single menswear label into a house of brands — guided always by quality, refinement, and timeless design over passing trends.
We're looking for a hands-on generalist to join Aerix, our kidswear brand, and own everything from fabric sourcing to our Shopify storefront.
What you'll do:
🧵 Coordinate with fabric suppliers, raise POs, track status end-to-end
✂️ Own sample development — from fabric to finished, costed sample
🏪 Manage trade show sample stock, prep, and dispatch
🛒 Run our Shopify store — listings, inventory, orders, troubleshooting, customer queries
What we're looking for:
• 2+ years spanning merchandising/production and ecommerce ops, ideally in apparel or D2C retail
• Working knowledge of the fabric-to-garment production process
• Comfortable running Shopify admin independently
• Strong with costing and Excel/Sheets
• Someone who follows through without being chased — whether it's a vendor or a customer
• Calm and organized under pressure, especially around trade shows and peak order periods
