Role Description
We are seeking a Merchandising and Design Head for a full-time position based in New Delhi. In this role, you will lead merchandise design and development, define and execute sourcing strategies, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality production. You will conduct market research, identify emerging trends, and align product lines with brand goals. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product visibility and market performance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in sales and retail operations to support the development and positioning of products.
- Proficiency in marketing and market research to identify opportunities and drive demand.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record in merchandising, product development, or sourcing.
- Knowledge of global and Indian manufacturing, supply chain, or retail dynamics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a bonus.
