Role Description
The Merchandiser - Textile (Midlevel) will oversee the coordination of school-wear merchandise production, ensuring alignment with client requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery schedules, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Coimbatore.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to understand customer needs and improve product performance in the market.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies to contribute to branding and promotional activities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A degree in Textile Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the textile industry or working with school-wear products is a plus.
