Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Merchandiser - Textile. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating production processes, communicating with vendors, overseeing the quality of textile merchandise, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategies to meet customer needs, and supporting retail and marketing teams to optimize business opportunities. The professional will actively engage with current and prospective clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail processes, with the ability to identify and respond to market trends.
- Experience in Marketing strategies, particularly within the textile or fashion industry, is preferred.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of production schedules and quality checks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
