Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee and manage merchandising operations in Mengio. This is an on-site role where you will lead and coordinate team activities, monitor display standards, and ensure execution excellence in line with client expectations. You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, ensuring products are correctly displayed, managing inventory at the store level, and addressing on-ground issues effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with retailers and ensure the implementation of promotional strategies to drive sales and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and liaise with partners
- Proven customer service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships
- Experience in sales and retail operations, with an understanding of merchandising processes
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies to enhance product visibility and promotion
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work on-site in Mengio and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
- Experience in a supervisory role in the retail or merchandising industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
