🚨 We’re Hiring: Product Developer – Home Textiles strictly đźš¨


📍 Work Location: Panipat (4 days/week) | Murthal Office (2 days/week)


Weavetex India is expanding its product development team, and we’re looking for a hands-on Product Developer with strong technical knowledge of textiles, weaving techniques, and materials, who can independently handle sampling from concept to dispatch.

🔍 Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end product development, ensuring sampling is accurate, timely, and aligned with buyer expectations.

This role is core to our export business, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and international customers.


đź§µ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new products and samples across home textile categories
  • Strong understanding of weaving techniques (jacquard, dobby, plain, twill, handwoven, etc.)
  • Knowledge of materials & yarns (cotton, recycled cotton, blends, jute, chenille, polyester, etc.)
  • Coordinate with multiple suppliers for yarn, weaving, dyeing, finishing, stitching, and packing
  • Manage sampling timelines and ensure on-time dispatch to customers
  • Ensure samples match buyer specs, quality standards, and costing
  • Track sample status and maintain clear communication with the sales team
  • Handle courier coordination & documentation for sample dispatches
  • Support collection development based on market trends and buyer feedback


🎯 Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in home textile product development / sampling
  • Solid technical knowledge of textile constructions and processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple developments at once
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with export-oriented buyers is a big plus
  • Based in or willing to work from Panipat & Murthal


🏭 Work Structure

  • 4 days/week: Panipat (sampling & supplier coordination)
  • 2 days/week: Murthal Office (internal alignment & planning)
