Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Ahmedabad. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining seamless communication to address client requirements, and ensuring the timely execution of production orders. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to streamline operations, conducting market research to understand fashion trends, and working closely with sales teams to align product offerings with customer demands. The role requires a proactive approach in managing day-to-day tasks and fostering positive working relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations, with a focus on meeting customer needs and achieving targets.
- Understanding of Marketing strategies and the ability to contribute to promotional planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the garment manufacturing industry and knowledge of fashion trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
