Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Noida sector 63. The Merchandiser will be responsible for day-to-day coordination with buyers and suppliers, ensuring product quality and timely order fulfillment. Tasks include managing customer inquiries, facilitating communication between buyers , suppliers and production teams.
Responsibilities--
- Communicate with international buyers regarding product requirements, can handle inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Develop samples as per buyer specifications, coordinate with design and sampling teams also ensure approvals for fabric, trims, and fit
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories and calculate product costing. Negotiate prices also ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with production teams for order execution and prepare Time & Action (T&A) calendar Also track order status from sampling to shipment
- Coordinate with QA team for inspections and ensure buyer quality standards are met
