Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales operations, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. Daily responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be involved in team leadership, market analysis, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation.
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitive Positioning, and Strategy Development.
- Experience in the textiles or apparel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is advantageous.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
