Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in West Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with teams to ensure smooth inventory management, developing effective merchandising strategies, and maintaining product displays to maximize sales. Responsibilities also include collaborating with design and production teams, liaising with vendors, processing customer orders, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences. The Merchandiser will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales growth within the store and through partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
- Sales and Retail experience with an understanding of in-store merchandising and consumer behavior
- Experience or knowledge in Marketing to develop effective strategies for product promotions and brand growth
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inventory, deadlines, and client requirements
- Flexibility and team collaboration skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Keen understanding of fashion trends, especially ethnic and bridal collections, is a plus
- Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is desirable
