We are looking for a high-energy Junior Merchandising Consultant on a full-time retainer basis. You will not just be a "coordinator"; you will be the owner of the order lifecycle. You will sit at the intersection of Product (Sample Development), Production (Factories), and the Client. The role also involves fostering customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- T&A Management: Developing and strictly enforcing Time & Action calendars to ensure zero-day delivery delays.
- Vendor Management: Daily on-ground and telephonic follow-ups with small/medium garment manufacturers to monitor production stages (Cutting, Stitching, Finishing).
- Costing & FOB: Preparing accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) and cost sheets for approval; managing both Job Work and FOB order types.
- Transparency Reporting: Updating SNTLY’s proprietary buyer-facing trackers daily to ensure the client is never in the dark.
- Product Development: Translating tech packs from design directions into actionable production reference for the factory floor. Get samples made from factories.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years working in a garment sourcing or factory.
- Tech Skills: Must be good at Excel,Google workspace(Sheet, Docs, folders, links)
- Knowledge: Must understand how a garment is put together and its components.
- Communication: Speak with clarity and dignity clearly to factory owners and write professional updates for our clients. Fluent in professional English (written) for buyer interaction and local language (verbal) for factory floor management.
- Operational Mindset: Ability to manage multiple SKUs and vendors simultaneously without losing track of details.
- Work Style: You don't wait for orders. You see a problem and you go fix it. Need minimal supervision and calculated decisions.

- Position based out of Bangalore City On-site Only
Monthly Earning Potential: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 (Fixed Retainer + Performance Incentives + Annual Retention Bonus).
