Job details:
1. Product Planning & Allocation
- Assist in planning product ranges and preparing sales forecasts.
- Monitor work with buyers to manage shipment.
2. Sales & Performance Analysis
- Track weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bestsellers, and underperformers.
- Create performance reports and provide input for future range planning.
3. Liaising with Teams
- Work closely with buyers, suppliers.
- Support the merchandising manager in supplier communications and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely stock movement.
4. Product Presentation
- Assist in planning visual merchandising and layout.
- Ensure that product displays match the brand's image and drive customer engagement.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain product information, pricing, and delivery schedules in internal systems.
- Prepare documentation such as delivery notes and reports.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay informed on current product trends.
- Help gather competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
