Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Gurgaon. The Merchandiser will coordinate between design, production, and buyers to ensure that product lines meet brand requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing samples, tracking orders, maintaining product and order documentation, and supporting pricing and assortment decisions. The role involves communicating with clients and internal teams, monitoring market trends, and contributing to visual and in-store merchandising plans. The Merchandiser will also help optimize stock levels, support sales initiatives, and assist in maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to support product movement, assortment planning, and store-level performance.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to contribute to promotional activities, brand alignment, and market positioning.
- Relevant experience in apparel, textiles, or fashion merchandising is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and timelines are required.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, order management tools, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Textiles, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
