Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to manage end-to-end garment production from planning to final dispatch, ensuring quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate bulk production activities as per production plan
Ensure timely availability of fabric, trims, and accessories
Track order progress from cutting, stitching, finishing to packing
Coordinate with stores for material issuance and availability
Work closely with production and quality teams for smooth execution
Ensure in-line and final inspections are completed as per standards
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation
Maintain order-wise production reports and documentation in Excel
Identify potential delays and coordinate with concerned teams proactively
Ensure adherence to approved style, size, and specifications
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in garment merchandising or production coordination
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing process
Experience in either knitted or woven garments is preferred; candidates with experience in both are welcome
Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and accessories
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
