Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Firozabad. The Merchandiser will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of product placements and displays to ensure alignment with market trends and customer expectations. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing sales performance, monitoring market demands, and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Sales and Retail operations, including analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Familiarity with Marketing principles and strategies to align product displays with market trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including inventory management software, is a plus.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
